David Vacha
David is a senior private client lawyer in the field of probates, estate adminstration, family trusts, Wills and Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning (from simple to more complex issues), all aspects of Powers of Attorney and matters relevant to the ever-growing move to co-habitation and the residency and testementary aspect of it.
He has over thirty five years of city experience, beginning with the family law firm Markbys (now CMS Cameron McKenna); the corporate firm Ashurst (1986-2000) where he ran the Private Client Services as mentioned above and Charles Russell the specialist Private Client lawyers.
He has a substantial practice of clients ranging from company directors, other professionals and members of the entertainment field and more importantly the care of many families.
David also has some experience of UK/Japanese estates administration and generally, advising nationals of Japan who are resident here.
He is quite happy to make home visits and outside the usual hours. He has also traveled extensively to meet prospective clients and progress matters.
Fees are generally charged on an hourly basis but with an overall discretion on a case by case basis.
Fees and disbursements are set out prior to any work being undertaken and where any earlier estimates are likely to be exceeded you will be informed.
